Transport Sector Coordinator
Mission:
Execute marketing strategies for the transportation sector in both B2C and B2B segments, focusing on the portfolio of lubricants and other functional fluids. This role plays a key part in implementing brand & portfolio initiatives, leading new product development and providing input to enhance pricing strategies, by fostering collaboration with commercial teams to enhance brand positioning and growth in the sector.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in product marketing, portfolio management or in commercial areas preferably in industrial, automotive, transport or consumer goods sectors.
· Experience in executing marketing strategies, pricing, and new product development. and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
· Experience working closely with sales and commercial teams to optimize product offerings and market positioning.
Duties:
· Transportation Segment Analysis: Understanding the category, competition, brand positioning, target audience, and vehicle fleet composition to develop & execute effective marketing initiatives.
· Market and Competitive Monitoring: Continuously analyze and understand industry trends and competitor performance to refine portfolio strategy.
· Product Portfolio Management: Monitor and optimize the product offering to ensure alignment with market trends and customer needs. Assess the performance of existing products and recommend actions for expansion, maintenance, or phase-out. Suggest segmentation strategies to enhance the value proposition for different customer profiles (Channels).
· Pricing Recommendation and Adjustments: Identify pricing opportunities to adjust the strategy based on perceived value, costs, and market competitiveness.
· Product Innovation: Execute innovation projects to develop new products that drive brand volume growth.
· Development of Communication Materials: Works closely with marketing manager to develop / adjust Master graphics & training materialsto ensure effective communication across various channels.
· Sales Collaboration: Work with the commercial team to generate value-added strategies to meet brand volume objectives.
· Manage the execution, tracking, and control of the brand’s marketing budget for the Transportation sector, ensuring optimal allocation of resources, adherence to financial plans, and maximization of return on investment (ROI)
